Biocompatibility of sealer cements. It is generally recommended that the results of a range of tests (cytotoxicity, mutagenicity, histocompatibility, clinical usage) be taken into account in determining the biocompatibility of a sealer cement, rather than relying on a single test such as cytotoxicity.
