Special Needs Dentistry

Special Needs Dentistry is that part of Dentistry concerned with the oral health of people adversely affected by intellectual disability, medical, physical or psychiatric issues.

The Examination is set at an advanced level such that the candidate will be expected to demonstrate knowledge and clinical skill commensurate with a specialist practitioner in Special Needs Dentistry.
