Young Lecturer Award

The Young Lecturer Award is held in conjunction with the bi-annual Convocation of the College held every second year.

The winner of this Award will be recognised for his/her talent in the manner and demeanour of their presentation as well as the scientific and clinical content. Nominees are sought from all Regions by the College. They need not be members of the College, however, they must have graduated within ten years prior to the Convocation. The nominees will present at Convocation and have their abstracts or papers published in the Annals. The winner will be awarded the prize of A$2,000.

The College Council has determined that this will become a prestigious award, and possibly unique amongst awards within the profession of dentistry.
