Thank you for your interest in Fellowship in the College, via the Special Field Stream of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.


For your information, please read the following;


Appendix to the Regulations - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery 

Regulations for Accreditation of Training Centres and Posts - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery 

 

The first step is enrolment (valid for six years). 

Please complete the enrolment form and arrange to have it forwarded to the College with:

  1. A statement/certificate from an institution that you have obtained a degree or certificate qualifying you to carry out the full practice of dentistry;
  2. A statement/certificate from the registering authority in your country of residence that you possess a dental degree or qualification which currently entitles you to carry out the full practice of dentistry. 
    This statement/certificate must have been issued within the previous 12 months.
  3. two passport size photographs

These documents must be originals or certified copies.  Failure to comply with the foregoing will preclude the College from considering your application to enrol. 

The enrolment form enclosed should be completed and returned to the College with payment of the current enrolment fee.
